Born in Caracas, January 23, 1941. He was part of the Association of Yolanda Moreno, as the first voice in the decade of the 60s. Bolerista of the Orchestra of the Faculty of Architecture of the Central University of Venezuela. Artistic Director and Producer of "El Palacio de la Música". Founder and soloist of the Venezuelan Rondalla. Its production as Composer is immensely rich and in the year 1.972, participated in the Festival A Song For Caracas, obtaining the 2nd place with the meringue "Feeling Caraqueño". He is one of the great connoisseurs of the Record Industry and of the Radio where he remained for some years like Producer.
