Born in Lima on December 14, 1932, he was author, composer and former President of APDAYC. Among his creations we can mention "Arriba el selección", "Así lo quieres tú", "Callao querido", "Imaginación de amor", "Otra vez" and "Mi última canción", a song popularized by Lucha Reyes "La Morena de Oro" of Peru "shortly before dying. The management of Pedro Pacheco in APDAYC is due to the acquisition of our premises in the jiron Ica in the center of Lima.
