Peky Andino Moscoso (Quito, September 19, 1962) 1 is a playwright, screenwriter, television director and Ecuadorian actor. He is currently one of the most prolific dramatists in the country. Biography He was born on September 19, 1962 in Quito, province of Pichincha, although he spent his first years in Latacunga.
