Born and raised in Biel, Switzerland. He was educated in piano and later on took percussion- and drumlessons at the conservatory in Biel. In the late nineties he produced at a local radiostation in Bern his own show named "Noise in a Box". Around that time he launched the net-space "Maetrixsolution" on which different musicians promoted and released their works. In march 2005 he started the first internet-musicfestival, the "Netstockfest". Simultaneously he also took part in a project, that was born out of jamsessions and finally turned to the formation "Mathon".
