Recording engineer from 1978 to 1987. Worked at Mediasound and Park South Studios as well as freelance. Has worked in A&R since 1999. He was Head of A&R department at Jive Records from 1999-2011 and an A&R Executive at Universal Music Group from 2011-2013. Currently Executive Vice President, Creative Operations at Warner Bros. Records since January 2014.
