Romanian conductor, composer born in Timișoara, 1941, established in Croatia. Brother of romanian musician Richard Oschanitzky. He graduate conducting at the Academy of Music "Ciprian Porumbescu" in Bucharest. Since autumn 1993 permanent conductor of the Opera Theatre in Osijek.
