"The Only Good Record is a Flat Record" and "Live at The Roxy" on facing insert. Heavy card sleeve with no print on sleeve. Yellow/mustard insert with track details, spelling error of Gabriel's name, a short story (extract from "A Clockwork Orange") and an image from the film "Kes" Labels are plain with only "Side 1" and "Side 2" printed. From solo show at The Roxy, Los Angeles, USA on 10-Apr-1977 (early show), taped from radio show broadcast on KMET FM. Track A2 not credited on insert Track A5 is an early version of "Indigo" from PG2.
