Seattle area indie rock band ("Mona: The 'industry' can kiss my ass, I think that about answers that."). Like the Ramones, their last names were taken from their band name. Formed in 1997, between Matthew & Jason, they didn't actually learn to play their instruments (to any degree of quality) until 1998. Steve was found via the classifieds, as was Mona after Jason left to persue "other interests" and Josh was added in 2000. The band has it's own label, Recurving Recordings, and has opened for bands like the Fastbacks, Versus, and Death Cab for Cutie.
