Field Recordings of birds done by P.P. Kellogg & Arthur Augustus Allen in an Ithaca, NY park on May 18, 1929. This is the first ornithological field recording made by anyone. Heard on the disc are: Song Sparrow, House Wren, a Rose-Breasted Grosbeak, and 1 or 2 dog barks. Reverse side is embossed with the pre-RCA Victor Logo.
