Dutch guitarist, singer and astrologer known under his pseudonym Peter Van Wood ✰ September 19, 1927, Den Haag, Netherlands ✞ March10, 2010, Rome, Italy He began playing the guitar at age 14. One of the first in Europe who use effects like echo and reverb. 1946 - performed at the London Palladium 1949 - moved to Italy where was contacted by Renato Carosone and Gegè Di Giacomo to form a trio 1965 Peter and his band stard their tour over the world, with concerts at the Olympia in Paris and also at Carnegie Hall in New York. Has recorded 8 albums for Pathé and has participated in four movies. Even as an astrologer, was a famous TV personality for years.
