Guitarist, singer and engineer. Started playing in 1977 UK band 'The Heat' and was then asked to join the original 'Street Circus' and 'Fat Larry's Band working with American Country artists. In 1985 Phil fronted 'Fluke' producing two albums. During this time he was also part of 'Ethereal Counterbalance' with Rod Goodway. Also running 'The Big Fish' studio in Bristol, Phil continued to play with anyone and everyone until he found 'The One Eyed Bishops' based in New Jersey. He now lives in Hampshire (UK).
