Profile description inside "White Dove" sleeve (1992): "Philip Martin had his first experiences in music bands at an early age and studied music at the Music Academy in Luzern (Switzerland). During his many years of running a sound recording studio and working as an arranger, instrumentalist, producer and composer, he was involved in many international projects. These ranged from intrumental, pop, rock and children's music to theatre and commercial advertising. His recent orientation towards more "inner", quieter music reflects his spiritual search. Listening to his music, his "soul pictures" as he refers to it, means to also meet and know its composer".
