Philistine DSGN was originally founded in 2001 as an anti-art collective which quickly began masquerading, on and off, as a design firm. It's based in Brooklyn, NYC and run by Danny Scales. As actual clientele increased and the breadth of projects began to include not only graphic design and illustration, but also art direction, consultation, photography, sculpture, installation and performance art, Philistine DSGN evolved into a multi-faceted anti-art collective which masquerades, on and off, as a design firm to this day.
