Members: Philly Bouchereau (vocals & Vibes), Callum McNair (guitars & Vibes), King Edward (Drums, production & Vibes). Philly are in Reality a band of three musicians, connected Souls all diggin' Real Music. As Modern Song-smiths primarily coming from an Acoustic Root they are now pushing Sonic boundaries. Since Philly formed in 1999 they have supported UB40, played numerous live shows including King Tut’s, Radio Clyde and the Borderline in London. Philly have just finished recording their debut homegrown lp ‘Kings and Queens’ featuring Pino Palladino on bass. “Gunfire” a song from the album was recently used in the movie ’Rancid Aluminium’. Philly’s influences are diverse and numerous ranging from Miles Davis to Bob Marley, Jimi Hendrix to Herbie Hancock, Sly Stone to Stevie Wonder, MGMT to MIA, Louis Armstrong to A Tribe called Quest. Their mantra is "Scotland the Brave!"
