Pilate was a Canadian rock band that formed in 1999 in Toronto, Ontario. The quartet's debut EP was released in 2001/2 which gathered attention from MapleMusic Recordings who later signed them. On June 26, 2006, the band posted a message on their site stating that, due to legal restrictions, they decided to change their band name before it incited lawsuits from companies outside Canada. As a result, they altered their name to "Pilot Speed". Todd Clark - Vocals Ruby Bumrah - Bass Chris Greenough - Guitar Bill Keeley - Drums Former member: Trevor Taylor (3) - Drums
