PISCIDE came true in the year 2004, the act is created and conceived by Anke Scheffler and Markus Rink. We are longstanding friends and we live in the heart of Germany (Thuringia). PISCIDE seems to be a mental image of us. It's a question of spirit to listen to PISCIDE. Music should be timeless, to be able to fascinate through out the ages! This defines good (electronic) music for us and this desire, our own claim, motivates PISCIDE to make music. Anke Scheffler aka Anchee: She's the PISCIDE mastermind, to exhaust synthesizers and sequenzer is her passion. Anchee made first sound-experiments during the years before on Commodore 64, AMIGA, ATARI Falcon and on other musical hardware. All the PISCIDE sounds incl. the vocals are created and mastered by Anchee. Markus Rink aka CNT: He's the 2nd brain of the project, he writes the most lyrics, he's the cableguy of PISCIDE's "WERKZEUK-Studio" and he also does the graphic plus web things.
