Filipe Galante is the person behind the project Pixel82. With a career spanning 15 years, he has played all over Europe, USA & Brasil in some of the best clubs and festivals. As a producer, his tracks have been released on labels such as EMI, Ministry of Sound, Local Talk or Bloop. He also remixed various artists such as Freddie Mercury, Kylie Minogue, Mirror People or Anderson Noise. Currently, he is producing his first album. After some years living in London, the influence of the city is noticeable on his sound. Exploring the more raw and punchy analog sounds, his productions make us travel from a rave on the M25 until a loft in New York. Although the UK sound is present, Pixel82 also relates to all the classic sounds of house and techno that came before him. Now, besides being a part of our Fuse family, it is also essential to mention his work of 7 years as a music booker in Plano B in Porto - one of the best clubs in the Portuguese electronic scene. Besides bringing some of the best current renowned artists, the club also works as a window where you can catch many of the artists of the future. He is also the A&R of the recently created Cubo Records, an electronic music label associated with his club that strived to discover new talents.
