Plaster debuted in 2004 with a focused intensity that moves people. Literally moves them, as they retreat about 5 feet from the tsunami of volume. Plaster has since turned down. Just a little. A quartet of hardened rock veterans, Plaster doesn't take much lightly. Exceptionally heavy and dark, Plaster cues up right behind Kyuss, Helmet, Quicksand and Black Sabbath. The mood isn't entirely malevolent, with barbed hooks to snag and calculated irony to intrigue.
