A.k.a. Neil Landstrumm Die Fly Die Navario Sauro The Tokyo Assassin
From his beginnings in hometown Edinburgh Scotland, the young Neil Landstrumm got his start at the Sativa club alongside friends like Tobias Schmidt and Dave Tarrida. It was here at this club that Landstrumm was able to develop his unique live performances and DJ skills. Taking influence from the early Acid House scene and the UK bleep movement from the early 1990’s, Landstrumm has crafted a variety of techno rhythms from the deeper, distinctive "Landstrumm sound", to pure minimalism, through to the gritty madness and buzzes of his other digital exploitations. Needless to say you never really know what to expect from Mr. Landstrumm. One thing you can expect is the strange, and not so obvious, Landstrumm sound that has sent shock waves through the electronic dance community, making its permanent mark in techno history. Fact is, Landstrumm was and still is groundbreaking, taking chances no one really seems to take and has the guts to stick to his own musical agenda.
