Born July 31, 1920 in Pabu (Côtes-d'Armor, Brittany) / † December 8, 2003 in Ploemeur (Morbihan, Brittany) Founder of the Festival Interceltique de Lorient in 1971, his activities are also carried in the development of interceltisme, notably by promoting the creation of twinning Breton and Irish or Welsh cities, but also to cultural exchanges via his involvement in the festival or other programs.
