Polo was a rap artist signed to the New Orleans based No Limits Record Label in the early 90's. No Limit Records was an American hip-hop record label founded in 1990 by rapper and entrepreneur Percy "Master P" Miller. The label's albums were distributed by Priority Records. Down South Hustlers: Bouncin' and Swingin' is a compilation album released on October 31, 1995 as one of the first releases through the No Limit/Priority Records partnership.It marked the only appearances of No Limit artist Polo.
