A.k.a. Wouter Haarhuis, Bas Claassen

Prefix (2) & Density (7) are in real life known as Wouter Haarhuis and Bas Claassen, two young guys with a big passion for hardstyle music. Before they teamed up, they already had a history with hardstyle from the early days. They felt heavily attracted to this style with its thumping kicks, catchy vocals and screaming melodies – exactly what they wanted! They both started producing separately in 2007, and got to know eachother via producing forums. In 2008, they felt a great chemistry and decided to start producing tracks together: Prefix & Density were born! They developed their own style over the years, which can be described best as hard and raw, yet euphoric. This resulted in a release on Spoontech Records in 2011, Warning EP, which got picked up by big artists including Dj Thera. They got to know him better when they won the DJ contest for Ground Zero Festival, and he eventually asked them to sign with Theracords! They didn’t hesitate and joined the label, a big step in their career! With the thematic “Breakout” as first release in 2012, supported by big artists such as B-Front, Titan and Sasha F, they proved themselves as some of the greatest talents within the scene. We can already give away that you will find some huge performances in their agenda this year!
