Considered one of the best unsigned bands in Cincinnati, rock band Prizoner was formed in 1980 by Tim Keyes, Paul Hoffman, Chuck Campbell, and Bill Parsons. The band broke up for a while but reformed in 1998 and have been playing live shows around town ever since. Prizoner have released two full-lenghts to date: Their debut CD "Young and Rejected" and their 1994 follow-up "Voodoo" (both available for download for free directly from their website).
