A.k.a. Fernando Arquines

Seattle resident, initially writing music with tracker programs. In the late 1990s, Fernando was a member of Innerverse/Ultrabeat (defunct), a group of psychedelic trance "trackers". He made several online releases via Ultrabeat. In late 2003, his first "official" track was released by Elektrik Orgasm Records on the compilation 10 Year Grok. In 2004 he signed with Sundance Records, an offshoot of Demon Tea Recordings. Please note that although the artist is listed as Proteus on all CD covers to date, his actual name is pr0teus.
