Pupa (pronounced "Poo-PAH") is a 2-piece electronic band comprised of Wu Jun Han and Zeekos Perakos. Formed in 2013 by chance, Pupa was interwoven at a transitionary phase for both individuals. Jun was crossing over from his visual practice to the sonic world, and Zeek, from his bedroom to the wide open world. The duo has performed live improvisations for art events and a chain of sound-drawing performances called 'Translations'. Pupa's output is free-flowing, exploratory and unpredictable. Both members like cats.
