Band, 2002-2015 BR
Pop, Rock and Latin
Quatro Por Um was a Brazilian band of contemporary Christian music and pop rock founded in 2002. In thirteen years of his career, he released eight studio albums. The band was created by Emerson Pinheiro, who joined friends Valmir Bessa, Duda Andrade and Marcus Salles, to lead young people to have a serious commitment to the church through music. The four members were already good musicians, and they were already known in the music scene for participating in the works of several singers. From then on, everyone was already sure that it was time to set up a band, and with the help of Fernanda Brum and MK Music (2), the group released their first album in 2003. However, in the year 2005, Emerson Pinheiro decided to leave the band due to several commitments of shows and presentations, which ended up interfering in the personal life with the wife and the church. In 2010, Marcus Salles also leaves the group to invest in his solo career. Klev Soares has since become the lead singer. In February of 2015, the band released its last album, "Deixa o Céu Descer". The drummer Valmir Bessa announced his departure from the group. In December of the same year, Duda and Klev announced the end of the Quatro Por Um.
