These are certified album copies. There were 250 of these issued. Got Chris Nielsen and Glory-Anne Carriere to do the ID's for you. Will catch the other artists as they come by. Your friend, ROYALTY RECORDS OF CANADA LTD. / R. HARLAN SMITH (Director Of A&R)" and it appears to be signed. There is also a signed, numbered certified album copy sticker on the back of the cover.
