A.k.a. Quicksand
Mid-1990's New York City band with roots in the New York Hardcore scene. Featuring ex-members of Gorilla Biscuits, Bold, Youth Of Today, Absolution, & Beyond. The band released their first material on Revelation Records and later signed to Polydor Records, releasing two full-length studio albums, before breaking up in 1995. In 1997 the band reunited, went on tour and began working on a third album, which was not released. They eventually broke up again in 1999. In 2012, Quicksand reunited again for a small series of shows. In 2017 the band finally released their third full-length studio album and toured internationally.
