Quintetto Alla Busara is a musical group in activity since 2001, composed by american, italian and croatian musicians. Busara is a way to cook the shrimps, well known in North-Eastern Italy, Slovenia and Histrian and Dalmatian coast. Former members were multi-instrumentist Amy Denio from Seattle, Giampaolo Rampini and Vjeko Crnobori on guitars, Mauro Sacchetti on bass and the american percussionist and singer Jane Hall. Before Quintetto Alla Busara the Trieste natives Rampini and Sacchetti have played together in 2 other bands - Garden Of Sensations and Urlaut. In 2004 the group featured in his line-up the bassist Luca Demicheli, former member of Blah and Balkan Babau Circus Orkestar and later played with Funambolique. In the same year Jane Hall was replaced on percussion by Ermes Ghirardini.
