Régis Gizavo (born 16 June 1959, Tuléar, Madagascar — died 16 July 2017, Corsica, France) was a Malagasy accordionist. He began playing the accordion at a young age. In 1990 he won the Radio France Internationale "Prix découvertes". In addition to recording as a solo artist, he was a member of the Corsican group I Muvrini.
