R WE WHO R WE is an American experimental vocal/electronic duo, founded by Ted Hearne (vocals) and Philip White (4) performing on a 'non-linear feedback system' controlled through a homemade rig of lo-fi and circuit bend electronics. The group debuted at Kathleen Supove's Music With a View Festival in 2011. R We Who R We released their debut self-titled album, a collection of innovative pop anthems' covers and mash-ups, on New Focus Recordings in 2013.
