The chamané is a musical form from northern Argentina, Paraguay and southern Brazil. Raùl Barboza, accordionist, its most elegant ambassador in Europe, here teams up with Daniel Diaz (double bass, percussion and electronic treatments) to take us on a road trip down Ruta 40. - which for an Argentinian is the Route 66 of the American dream. The poetic imagination of these two artists brings to life the stark beauty of the South American landscape with a music of depth and vision.
