Rafaël Frost (born on August 25, 1981, Amsterdam, NL) began creating tunes and songs on his first computer in 1993, using a program called "Scream Tracker". This program gave him the chance to experiment with different sequences. By this time he had learned to play the guitar a bit, an instrument that fascinated him as well. In 2004 Rafaël competed in a contest by Ferry Corsten on Radio 3FM, a well known Dutch radio station, and was selected together with five other producers as the final contenders for "Best New Dance Producer Talent of Holland " At one day Rafaël Frost got to meet A&R Manager Joeri Lodders of Flashover Recordings. The label of ferry corsten. After listening through some of Rafaël's tracks, one unfinished track called "Mute Your Mind" caught his attention the most. This track lead to a first release for Rafaël on Flashover Recordings.
