Typo on rear of sleeve, "The Death of Mr. Garfield" is missing. It is present on the label. On the record Jack Elliott is spelled with only one "t". This is the first of two issues of this record. The second issue had a different generic sleeve with information pasted on a white insert which gave the front image and notes on the inside of the gatefold sleeve. This first issue did not have a gatefold but was screen-printed with green and orange paint.
