Randall Snyder - composer Randall Snyder was born in Chicago in 1944 and began studying music with his father, a saxophonist and band leader. He continued his education at Quincy College where he received the B.A. degree, and at the University of Wisconsin, where he received M.M. and D.M.A. degrees. His composition teachers included Bert Levy and Les Thimming.
