Pontiac Moon is the story of an absentminded professor who bonds with his son during a symbolic road trip through the western U.S. while his wife tries to overcome her neuroses to save the family. The film starred Ted Danson, Mary Steenburgen and Ryan Todd; it was directed by Peter Medak (The Changeling, Species II). Randy Edelman provides one of the most tuneful and romantic film scores of the 1990s. It is one of his best, emotional and epic, and it seems incredible that it has never been released – until now! Our CD includes all the music composed by Edelman for the film, presented in film order and mastered from the original recording sources provided by Paramount Pictures.
