Raymond Callemin

*1890 BE

Anarchist militant born in Brussels, Belgium, 26 March 1890 and died in Paris, France, 21 April 1913. Member of La Bande à Bonnot (Bonnot Gang), he was mostly known as Raymond La Science. In 1974, Guy Debord jokely credited him as the autor of the song "La Java des Bons-Enfants" about the Emile Henry's bomb attack against the Carmaux coal mining company that destroyed a police station in the Rue des Bons-Enfants in Paris on 8 November 1892.
