Regional de Choro, a group of musicians gathered for the recording of the eponymous album. Basic formation was José Américo De Oliveira Mendes, Niromar Da Silva Fernandes, Alencar (2), Chico De Assis e Aldovando Teixeira Pinheiro. The recording of this album also had the participation of several soloists of wind instruments, besides Reco Do Bandolim. The same team would again meet to record the second volume of Chorando Callado, under musical direction of Jorge José Da Silva.
