Reija Bister-Oksanen (born March 29, 1952 in Tampere, Finland) is a Finnish harpist. She has been a member of the Radion Sinfoniaorkesteri since 1981 and of Avanti! since it was founded in 1983. She has also played in Tampereen Kaupunginorkesteri (1977-1981) and in the National Opera Orchestra. Her siblings are musicians as well: Hannu Bister (conductor, pianist), Veli-Pekka Bister (cellist) and Marjo Bister (violinist).
