Album US 2002 on mPATH Records label
Dance (Abstract, Tribal, Ambient)
Subtexts Volume 1 Additional field recordings made at Asylum Lake and Kellogg Forest May, 2001. […] photography by Brian McWilliams, Winter 2001 This release serves as a prelude and subtext to the album “A Strange Constellation of Events” on which Lamkhyer will appear. K’an and The Leftward Path, which are unique to this collection, grew out of experiments designed to open new compositional doorways. Together these pieces suggested a cohesive theme, distinct from the album. It is in this context that they are presented. Playing Time 20:13 © 2002 Distributed by AtmoWorks.com ——— Packaging: 4-panel foldout cardboard 219 × 95 mm sleeve, featuring background notes (quotations) regarding the meaning of “Lamkhyer”, held together by a banded piece of printed tracing paper. The CDr is inserted in an internal pocket sleeve with printed Tibetan mandala which has been folded down over the middle panel.
