Argentinean violin solist in the Buenos Aires Philharmonic, The Chicago Symphony Orchestra (1927-1929), the New York Philharmonic conducted by Arturo Toscanini (1931-1935) and the NBC Symphony (1937-1954). Also Composer. Before travelling in the US, has been in one of first Osvaldo Fresedo's tango groups in Buenos Aires (late 10's, early 20's) Brother of Astor Bolognini, violinist, who played in The Chicago Symphony Orchestra, and Ennio Bolognini, cellist (who also played in the NYC Radio City Symphonic Orchestra conducted by Arturo Toscanini). (born 1898 - died 1977)
