Argentinian singer, guitarist, lyricist and composer (Burruyacú, Argentina, 13 Jan.1898 - 12 Nov.1965) In 1924, formed the famous Duo Ruiz - Acuña, with Alberto Acuña (2). Later, he integrated the trio Ruiz-Gallo-Pérez Cardozo, and after the dúo Ruiz-Gallo and the dúo Ruiz-Palorma.
