This album is a collection of rags, blues and religious tunes from the repertoire of Reverend Gary Davis. Side A was recorded in the mid-sixties at Rev. Davis' publisher's office. Side B was recorded at Rev. Davis' home either in 1963 or 1968. Fox Chase (B4) was recorded at Gerdes Folk City in 1963.
