A.k.a. Ricardo Pegnotti
Ricardo Pegnotti is an argentinean musician and producer who participated in different projects and bands. He was the first guitar player of the argentinean band “ZAS", led by Miguel Mateos. They played for three nights on “Velez Sarfield Stadium” during the first visit to Argentina of the legendary band “Queen”. When Ricardo Pegnotti moved off from Zas, he started his own band “Yang” and recorded “Tu Biología Está Rara" with the label "DG Discos”. After Yang, Pegnotti decided to form a new band “Postal a Noruega” and toured around Argentina and Brazil. In 2002 he released his first independent solo album “En Buenos Aires Hoy” followed by “Irán, Irak y los diablos" (2005) and "Momentos" (instrumental album in 2007). Ricardo was invited to collaborate in different projects with several musicians: María Rosa Yorio "Mandando Todo a Singapur”, Gillespie / Crook "Live From Rulemania", Juanse "Rock es amor igual", Miguel Mateos, Gabriel Hermida, Subte Cielo, Luis Rueda, Cosechero, Limu, La Yumba, etc. As a Music Producer he also worked with Yang, Subte Cielo and Luis Rueda, among others. Pegnotti is also a specialist in Digital Audio. He is the Director of Digital Audio Group / SVC, Avid official representative in Argentina. He has been conducting workshops, clinics and seminars on Applied Music Technology for many years in different countries of Latin America. In 2006 he was in charge of recording U2, during their performances at River Plate Stadium in Buenos Aires. This record was then used for the soundtrack of the film "U23D". Finally, Ricardo also provided technical support for work flows used with VENUE and Pro Tools for different bands like Soda Stereo, and events like “Concierto Alas", “Lollapalooza Argentina", etc.
