Richard Gannaway is a composer, producer, recording artist (vocals, stringed instruments). He is best known as the founding member of the Ethnic-fusion group AOMUSIC (also known as AO); which features Miriam Stockley, Jay Oliver and Sandeep Chowta. In 1991 Gannaway formed and fronted the rock group Tiger & the Helix. Both bands were recorded on his indie label Arcturian Gate. In 2011 he founded AO Foundation International, which his indie label donates to.
