Richard M. Smith, a native of Pennsylvania, is a graduate of the West Chester State College, and has pursued his graduate work at the University of Pennsylvania and Temple University. For the past eleven years [as of 1970], Mr. Smith has been Director of Choral Activities of the Audubon High School, Audubon, N. J. He is also Chairman of the High School Music Department as well as Music Program Coordinator for the Audubon Public School District.
