Includes The Resignation Speech exactly as heard on August 8, 1974. Cover indicates an initial pressing of 2000; copy number handwritten on a small oval sticker. Includes a printed copy of both speeches and a third insert, "...a note on the song" (which appears at the end of Side B but is not banded or listed on the labels; performance and songwriting credits appears in tiny print on the back cover).
