All tracks were recorded at Town Hall, Philadelphia on the dates provided below: Disc 1 (tracks 1-11) recorded on February 3, 1963. Disc 1 (tracks 12-24) recorded on February 26, 1961. Disc 2 (track 1) recorded on November 13, 1963. Disc 2 (track 2) recorded on January 31 1960. Disc 2 (track 3) recorded on December 21, 1959. Special thanks to Susumu Kitamura (Tower Records, Japan) and Mikito Ichikawa. The English title of this release can be found on one spine of the jewel case. The booklet and inner disc tray display the original cover art of the 3 releases contained in this collection (hence the "Don Juan / Death And Transfiguration" cover featured on the front page of the booklet).
