This jointly composed and performed collection of 19 often quiet and entrancingly enigmatic electro-acoustic works has been slowly developing throughout the past 25 years that the popular, acclaimed (12-time Oscar-nominated and six-time Grammy-winning) film composer Newman and the noted new-music composer-performer Cox have been collaborating on numerous and various projects. (The music of Rick Cox, a long-time associate of Cold Blue Music, has appeared on seven previous CDs released by the label, and Thomas Newman has appeared as a performer on three Cold Blue CDs.)
