Produced and mixed by Pallbearer 2013 / 2017 Gothic Music Records © + ℗ 2017 Limited to 333 hand-numbered copies. Comes in a 6-panel Digipak with a transparent tray on the middle panel; no booklet, no lyrics. Includes a Bandcamp redeem code. Track durations do not appear on the release, they are measured by a computer. Track 13 is not printed in the tracklisting on the back sleeve. The title was taken from the CD text of the CD. The album title "Necessary Evil", which only appears on the spine, was painted over by the label with a black marker. On one spine appears a wrong catalog number GMR023 which was also painted over by the label. Tracks 1 to 7 and track 14 originally appear on the "The Living Fire" EP. Tracks 8 to 13 originally appear on the "Plague Ridden Kingdom" EP. The labels Bandcamp state that these tracks were remastered in 2017.
